In times past, we advised various commercial endeavours which have to do with Oil & Gas, as relates contractors to the Bonga FPSO AMS upgrade venture, the sub-contract agreement between Jeruzeth International Engineering Company Ltd (Oil Servicing) and AOS Orwell Limited.

We advised as relates the provision of Robertkum Reservoir Study Consultancy (INDA WATER RE-INJECTION, DEBOTTLENECKING AND GASLIFT” between Belema Oil Producing Ltd and Jeruzeth International Engineering Company Ltd.

We reviewed a shareholders Agreement/Deed of Adherence worth over a multiple million Dollars between Yadah Business Solutions Ltd and Image Securities (FZC) Dubai, an international joint venture between both companies.
